AI triage built for the moment an employee asks for help
A private, structured check-in that determines what kind of support is needed, and exactly when, so no one finds out three weeks later they should have been seen sooner.
What an employee experiences
The employee opens Lullgrove through Slack, Teams, or a browser link. No login required on first contact. No calendar booking, no forms to fill out first.
Lullgrove asks a structured sequence of questions, calibrated to distinguish crisis, moderate stress, and mild concerns, not a mood survey or wellness quiz.
Within the same conversation: either a therapist connection (urgent), a guided program (moderate), or curated resources (mild). The employee knows where they're going before they close the tab.
Based on your check-in, we're connecting you with a licensed therapist. Earliest available appointment: this week.
How the triage logic works
Lullgrove is honest about what it is: AI-assisted routing that follows validated clinical frameworks. It doesn't replace clinical judgment, it surfaces the information a clinician needs, faster.
Our check-in questions are built on established stepped-care and PHQ-aligned screening approaches, adapted for conversational delivery. We follow the clinical literature on what predicts appropriate care level, we don't invent our own criteria.
The model distinguishes crisis signals (self-harm risk, acute distress, functional impairment) from moderate stress (persistent but not acute) from mild concerns (situational, manageable). Each threshold maps to a specific care pathway.
The criteria for each care pathway are defined by our clinical team, documented, and reviewable. We don't use black-box scoring. An employer or employee can ask why a routing decision was made and get a clear answer.
Private by design. HIPAA-aligned controls.
Trust is the prerequisite for any mental health tool to work. Employees will only share what they feel won't be used against them.
Employee check-in data is stored separately from HR systems. It is never accessible to managers, never linked to performance reviews, and never visible to other employees.
The employer dashboard shows triage volume and distribution, aggregate figures only. No individual records, no named employees, no data that could identify who used the service.
Lullgrove is designed with HIPAA security controls in mind: encrypted at rest and in transit, access controls, audit logging. HIPAA Business Associate Agreement available for Enterprise tier customers.
